To activate your log-on and e-mail accounts, show the Lab Assistant in Lab 2 (AAR110) your student ID card. The Lab Assistant will give you a user name and password.
  3. What is a Student ID card?
All students registered for credit at LCC receive a student ID card, and you must it to use the computer labs. To get your student ID card (or replace it if lost) visit the Student Center Offices.

When using student computers on the LCC campus, you can save your work to your My Documents folder on the student server, personalize your desktop, and access software and files that may help complete your course work. You can access your email account from any computer with Internet access, on or off-campus.

You may use the computers in the teaching labs when they are open and a class is not in session. If a class is using a teaching lab, you may still use a computer if one is available and you have the instructor's permission. Don't print during class time unless the instructor gives you permission.

    See Lab Hours.
  10. What if I lose my ID card?
To see if it was found, check the computer lab counter or lost and found in the Student Center Offices.
