TRiO Student Support Services is a federally funded program through the US Department of Education that provides academic support to students who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- First Generation (neither parent has a bachelor's degree)
- Low Income
- Documented Disability

Recommended Class
Students are recommended to take a 1-3 credit Human Development (HDEV 127)course during the quarter they enter into the program.
The class covers the resources and activities needed in order to graduate and/or transfer to a university
