Textbooks that have been purchased can be returned through the first two weeks of a new quarter, if the following criteria are met.
- You must have a receipt
- Books must have been purchased within the current quarter buying period
- New books must be free of any markings
- Packaged books that have been opened will be accessed a $5.00 repackaging fee.
First week of classes...
Books may be returned for a full refund with receipt and in the condition they left the store.
Second week of classes...
Books may be returned with receipt and proof of withdrawal from class. In the absence of proof of withdrawal, a 25% discount will be taken.
How you paid for your textbooks, determines how you receive your refund?
- For textbooks purchased with cash
Refunds under $50 will be refunded in cash at the time of return. Refunds over $50 will be refunded in the form of a check. Your refund check will be mailed within 10 days.
- For textbooks purchased by check
Your refund will be mailed within 30 days. A time allowance must be given for your check to clear the bank before the refund is processed. We regret the delay, but due to numerous insufficient fund checks, the college had to institute this policy.
- For textbooks purchased by Visa/MasterCard
Your refund will be credited back to your account upon completion of return.
