Several facilities at Lower Columbia College are available for rent by community members or non-profit organizations when they are not in use by instruction or student services.
Typical uses include meetings, conferences, social gatherings, training sessions, concert or lecture performances or other types of entertainment.
Suitable for concert or theatre performances, and lectures. The Rose Center includes a 500 seat auditorium, rehearsal hall, art gallery, theatre, lecture hall, concession stand and expansive lobby.
Suitable for large wedding receptions or corporate parties of up to 160 people (depending on the seating set-up), high school dances, high school graduation parties, company parties, community forums, and other special events.
Student Center Conference Rooms
Suitable for business meetings, training sessions or luncheons. The area can be set up as one large conference room or can be sectioned into three smaller conference rooms with easy-to-use partition walls, to accommodate from 20 to 110 people (depending on the seating set-up).
