Christopher Bailey became president of Lower Columbia College in 2011. He came to LCC from Centralia College, where he was Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs. Bailey has taught business and law courses at Centralia since 1989. Before joining the college full time, he was president and general manager for Martin Sand and Gravel Co. in south Thurston County and also worked previously as an attorney.

Linda brings extensive expertise in finance to the LCC Foundation Board. She served as a board member and treasurer for United Way of Cowlitz County for 12 years and is a board member and finance committee chair for Columbia Adventist Academy in Battle Ground. Davis and husband Scott, also a CPA/shareholder in Davis & Associates, have two daughters, both in graduate school at WSU Pullman.

Heather brings over 20 years of professional experience in marketing and communications to the Foundation Board.
She has worked with credit unions in the Lower Columbia region and Spokane as well as managing her own marketing and communications agency serving that industry nationwide. Snyder served as an Executive Committee Member with the Lower Columbia CAP Foundation Board. She has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Mt. Solo Middle School and Robert Gray Elementary and with Cowlitz County diversity marches.

Erin Brown arrived at the Lower Columbia College Foundation at a critical time in
2012 when the College was launching new initiatives for Student Success, Athletic
Excellence, Innovation, International Student Programs and a University Center, all
while facing the realities of reduced state funding.
Since 2000, Erin worked for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges in communications, administration and as a legislative liaison, with experience in student services, board development and strategic planning. She also has financial experience in budget development and oversight, grants and state non-profit associations.
