Earn your General Education Development (GED) Certificate now at Lower Columbia College - an official GED Testing Center.
For more than 60 years, the GED tests have provided a means to obtain personal satisfaction, as well as realize educational and occupational opportunities for millions of adults who, for many reasons, did not complete their formal high school studies.
The GED Test is a way for someone who has not completed high school to show that she or he has the equivalent knowledge of someone who has. Most colleges and universities accept GED score reports in place of high school transcripts. In order to receive federal financial aid, a student must have completed high school, obtained a GED or show Ability to Benefit. Most employers also accept the GED.
