2008 Recruits Sign

Head Coach Steve Taylor has announced the signings of Caitlyn Lyon of Mark Morris and Brittany Welch of R.A. Long, the latest prep stars to committ to LCC. Earlier, Taylor announced signees Kelcee Boone of Toledo HS, Stacy Wishard of Mark Morris High School Kathryn Smith of Toutle Lake, Kelly Park and Erika Clouse both from Kelso HS, and Erin McIntosh from R.A. Long High School. More announcements are forthcoming.

Recruiting Underway
The Red Devils are currently evaluating the top local and northwest talent to formulate next season's roster. Head Coach Steve Taylor has been in contact with prospective soccer players who want to be a part of the Red Devil resurgance. The LCC soccer program had a disapointing, yet optimistic season in 2007. The team finished 2-16 in the tough Southern Division, but the Devils had just one sophomore on the squad. That lone returner, Holly Oja, not only played well, but made the all-NWAACC academic team with a 3.80 GPA.

With returning players having a better understanding of what the NWAACC is all about plus a solid recruiting class soon to be announced, the Devils are looking for a big turnaround in 2008.
