LCC offers HIV/AIDS Certification

Procedure:

1. Register and pay for SFTY 045 HIV/AIDS 7 hour ($50) or SFTY 046 4 hour ($25) training.
2. Check out the appropriate DVDs at the LCC Library (you must have student identification) and purchase the supporting book at the LCC Bookstore (indicate whether you are completing 4 hour or 7 hour training).
3. The written exam is located at the back of your book. Tear it out and complete as you view the DVDs. NOTE: If you are taking the 4-Hour course requirement, you need only complete questions 1 through 35.
4. When you've finished watching the DVDs and completed your test, contact or and arrange to turn in your test.
5. Once your test is graded, you may make arrangements to pick up your certificate or request that it be mailed to you. Make sure to include your mailing address on the form attached to your exam. You will not receive your certificate until DVDs have been returned to the Library.
