Cowlitz PUD

Cowlitz County Public Utilities District (PUD) uses the WorkKeys assessments after the initial screening of applications. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete the following WorkKeys Assessments:

  • Reading for Information
  • Listening
  • Writing
  • Teamwork
  • Locating Information

In addition to the WorkKeys Assessments, applicants will be asked to complete a basic typing and 10-key test. All tests are paid by the employer. For further information on the Cowlitz PUD hiring process, contact the Cowlitz PUD Human Resources Department.

Test Time: approx. 4 1/2 hours

North Pacific Paper Company (NORPAC) uses WorkKeys Assessments in their hiring process for team leaders, maintenance and engineering, and power and control personnel. After the initial screening process, qualified applicants will be asked to complete the follwoing WorkKeys Assessments:

Steelscape

Producer of steel coils for the construction markets in the U.S. and Canada, is located in Kalama, Washington. Steelscape uses four of the WorkKeys Assessments in their pre-employment screening process. Prior to submitting an application to the company, applicants must first complete and pass all four assessments.
