For purposes of the Worker Retraining Program at Lower Columbia College:

Unemployed/facing layoff workers are:

  • Currently receiving unemployment benefits, or have received benefits within the last 24 months (counting from the first day of the quarter that you want to attend LCC) OR
  • Facing layoff
