LCC offers low-cost English as a Second Language classes to help adult immigrants learn English skills. We emphasize life skills and communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, citizenship and computers.

ESL students also get information on life in the community, civics, cultural topics, family literacy and work skills. ESL info in Spanish.pdf

Classes cost $25 per quarter, but we have financial help for those who need it. ESL classes meet at several locations, including LCC and the LCC Woodland Center, Foster Farms, Broadway Head Start, and the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Lexington.

You can sign up anytime during the quarter. The first time you attend, we will register you and test your skills to place you at the right class level.
