Costs & Payment Options
Tuition Payment Plan
Pay tuition and fees in person at the Cashier Window. Payment options include cash, check, debit card, Visa or MasterCard or purchase of a tuition deferment.
We are located in the Admissions Center.
- Mon - Thu: 8:15 am - 4 pm
- Friday: 10 am - 4 pm
- Closed: 1 - 1:30 pm for lunch
The first week of class, the Cashier stays open until 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
During Summer quarter, the campus is closed on Fridays.
Payment of tuition and fees is due the Friday after registering for classes. Exceptions apply to students who register for Fall quarter classes during the previous Spring or Summer quarter.
Students who have applied for financial aid and completed all requested documents can register and make arrangements to delay tuition payment until their award is processed.
Students who have not made arrangements to pay by the deadline will be dropped from their classes.
Payment options include cash, checks, debit card, Visa or MasterCard, purchase of a tuition deferment, or enrollment in the Tuition Payment Plan.
Pay online with a credit or debit card. Payment options include debit card, Visa or MasterCard, or enrollment in the Tuition Payment Plan. A Student ID number and Global PIN are required.

Qualified students may purchase a tuition deferment for $35. The fee is nonrefundable, however; $25 is applied towards tuition if paid in full by the deferment date set each quarter.
Special Audit Rate for Senior Citizens
If space is available after the first class meeting, Washington residents 60 or older may audit up to two classes for $2.50 per class plus $1.20 per credit facilities use fee and applicable lab fees.
Refund of Tuition and Fees
A refund of fees and tuition will be made to students or to financial aid programs for students who officially withdraw from classes according to the schedule below. Note:not all fees are refundable.
- 100% Refund: 5th instructional day of the quarter
- 50% Refund: 6th - 20th calendar day of the quarter
- Non Refundable: after the 20th calendar day of the quarter

If the college cancels a class, a full refund is made. Fees other than tuition and incidental fees are not refunded.
