  1. How do I update my staff record page?
    Go to the Staff Directory Database login page, enter your ID and Password, click submit, and fill in the appropriate fields. To add your photo, please e-mail a jpg or tiff image  to . Note: Please do not edit the photo before sending. College Relations will format it to meet size specifications.

  3. How do I update my 'website'?
    There are thousands of pages in the LCC Web site. In order to identify the specific page you wish to have updated, please do the following: 1) navigate to the page, scroll to the very bottom of the page, click the 'feedback' link, fill in the fields to send a message to the Webmaster who will forward it to the appropriate staff member. 2) Alternately, copy/paste the Web address of the page into an e-mail message to , Web Coordinator.
  4. How do I get an event listed on the LCC Calendar/TodayATLCC Calendar?
    For public events contact , Web Coordinator. For Faculty & Staff events, contact , Executive Assistant. Be prepared to provide the name of the event, date, time, location, and any specifics you wish to communicate about the event.
  5. Where is the (insert name) form?
    Forms are cross-referenced in two locations on the Internal Web site. Forms A-Z and Faculty Tools. Human Resources forms are listed on Human Resources.
  6. What is the policy on (insert name)?
    Official college policies are listed on Policies.

    All calendars are cross referenced on General Resources under 'Calendars'.
