At the beginning of each quarter, the deans will identify any proposals submitted by the first day of the quarter or pending from the previous quarter. Sabbatical committee members will be notified of the pending application(s). A meeting of the Sabbatical Commitee will be convened and a chair will be elected. The committee will check applicants for eligibility and review the applications according to the criteria outlined in the contract. The commitee may request the attendance of applicants and assist as needed with revisions to the application. The committee shall make a written recommendation.
