Exempt Employee Recognition

The Exempt Employee of the Year recognition program began in 2008.

Three finalists are selected for consideration by a campus-wide vote each spring quarter, based on the following criteria:

• Encouraging student achievement
• Building a spirit of professional competency, cooperation, positive communication, and information sharing
• Participating in campus and community activities
• And, going beyond regular duties to provide high quality service for students, peers, and the community
