The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment provides support to the college community through data collection and distribution, survey development and administration, technical support for assessment plan development and management, institutional monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and facilitation of strategic and operational planning through Appreciative Inquiry and other methods.

• The Director of Institutional Research is available to help with data needs and technical support for college projects. Request services.
• LCC's Institutional Review Board ensures that LCC is in compliance with federal laws protecting human subjects, including students taking surveys. All campus projects involving human subjects must request approval from the Institutional Review Board.
• Assessment is conducted according by all instructional and non-instructional departments.
• Strategic and annual planning help set the direction for campus and inform the budget process at LCC.
• The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment may be able to help you get data and information about LCC students and more.
