Room Scheduling

How to Schedule a Room on Campus

  • Quarterlyclassroom requests / changes by faculty are to be made through their dean.

On-Campus Requests - Non-Instructional

On-campus requests for use of a classroom, seminar room, conference rooms (except in the Student Center), the Heritage Room or use of the Rose Center for the Arts facilities by faculty or staff are made by contacting and filling out the Room Request Form so appropriate accommodations can be located. Information from this request will be coordinated with custodial staff, security, IT, etc. unless other arrangements are discussed.

Off-Campus Requests

All off-campus requests (including for the Student Center) are made by contacting and filling out the Room Request Form so appropriate accommodations can be located. Information from this request will be coordinated with custodial staff, security, IT, etc. unless other arrangements are discussed.

Note: Although Diane Bartlett schedules performance areas in the Rose Center for the Arts, handles stage/lobby set-ups, media, and IT functions in the Rose Center performance areas. He is also the point of contact for house manager functions (ushers, use of ticket booth, house manager / front-of-house staffing, technical staffing, etc).
