Improve your skills and your future!

We offer non-credit classes in math, reading comprehension, writing and English language learning. These classes are geared toward adult learners who want to polish rusty skills or learn some new ones for the future. Our different programs can help you complete a high school diploma, study for the GED, or simply refresh your basic skills in preparation for college or work-related exams.

Who can enroll?

Students who are at least 16 years old and are not enrolled in a public school. U.S. citizens, immigrants, permanent residents and refugees are all welcome.

Getting started

Before enrolling in Transitional Studies courses, students must take a 2 ½ hour CASAS appraisal to ensure they begin studies at the level that matches their current skills in reading, writing and math. Call 360-442-2580 to schedule an appointment!
