City University of Seattle provides a way for undergraduate students to become certified special education teachers with our Bachelor of Arts in Education: Special Education degree program.

Students may focus on the special education emphasis alone or work toward a dual endorsement by combining it with any of the following emphasis areas:

  • Elementary education
  • Mathematics
  • Reading
  • English language learners (ELL)
