Applying for admission is your first step as a new student. If you plan to register for classes leading to a degree or certificate, you must apply for admission.

Non-degree seeking students do not need to apply for admission. See Corporate and Continuing Education for information about non-degree options.

  • The process is online only. Computers are available in the Admissions Center.
  • Follow instructions to apply for admission to Lower Columbia College.
  • You will receive an acceptance letter and Student ID number by email once your application has been approved.
  • If you are unable to apply online, please go to the Entry Center in the Admissions Center. Staff will assist you in completing the online process.

Applications for admission are accepted until the quarterly application deadline listed on the Academic Calendar. For priority registration, we suggest you apply as early as possible.
