2012 Submissions

Submissions of written work for publication in The 2012 Salal Review were accepted in October 2011.

Written Submission Guidelines
Five poems or two stories or essays may be submitted. Include a stamped, self-addressed reply envelope. Submission may also be made by email.

All written work must be original, unpublished, and typed or computer printed. Poems may be single spaced, but stories and essays must be double-spaced.

Please include a brief biographical note describing your connection to the Lower Columbia Region.

Send your work by to the Salal Office or deliver it in person to , Salal Advisor & English Instructor, Instructional Office Building Rm. 210, or mail it to the address below:

2012 Submissions

Submissions of artwork for publication in The 2012 Salal Review were accepted in January 2012.

Artwork Submission Guidelines
Up to five pieces of artwork may be submitted. All forms of visual art suitable for print reproduction will be considered. There is more room for black and white artwork than color.

We cannot be responsible for one-of-a-kind originals, so please send clean copies.

Artwork may be submitted by email attachment (high resolution jpg required, no exceptions), on CD, or on 8 x 11 inch or smaller paper, mailed, with a self-addressed, stamped reply envelope to the address below.
