Steps to Graduate!

  • Meet with your Advisor
Review your transcript and program planner with your advisor two quarters before you plan to graduate to ensure that you are on track to complete your degree or certificate program requirements.
  • Apply for Graduation
Apply for graduation by the published deadline for the quarter you complete your requirements. See: Academic Calendar. Fall, winter and spring applications are due by the end of the fifth week of classes. For summer graduation, apply by the end of the first week of classes.
  • Get Ready for Commencement
Commencement is open to all graduates since the previous June. See How to Participate in Commencement.
  • Get Your Diploma
We'll prepare your diploma after final grades are posted, and you can pick it up or have it mailed to you. Your student ID number and Global PIN will still work after graduation to print out an unofficial transcript. Or, order an official transcript online.
  • Career & Employment Services
The Career Center is available to students, alumni and community members. Take advantage of career placement and job posting resources.
  • Foundation
As an alumni you can share your story and sign up to receive Foundation alumni news. Just contact the LCC Foundation.
